Christina Robinson Foundation is grateful for every donation we receive. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund or cancel a recurring donation. This policy outlines our procedures for handling such requests.
As a charitable trust, donations made to Christina Robinson Foundation are generally non-refundable. All donations are immediately put to use to support our charitable programs, including feeding the homeless, supporting education, and providing medical assistance.
We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the donation date. Requests made after this period may not be considered.

Cancellation will apply to future donations only. Donations already processed cannot be refunded unless they meet the criteria in Section 2.2.
